My name is Dean. I have two sisters, a father, a mother and a cousin that lives with us. I created a page about Jefferson Davis for the ACTE South West Region Computer Fair in 1998 and won 1st Place. I went to State and won 4th Place! This year (1999) at the regional fair, I won 3rd Place with this site in the Interactive Telecommunications category. I had three other entries. I am very excited about doing well with those also. I placed 2nd Place in the General Applications category with my Hurricane Tracking Chart Java program (soon to come on this page). My Dunking Robot entry in the Hardware/Robotics category also won 1st Place. My friend Shane and I also placed 1st in the Multimedia category with our project titled "Science Experiments Done For You". Wow! Thank you very much! All the judges were great.In the state fair this year (1999) this very site won 1st place in all of the state of Alabama, my robotic and multimedia entries won 2nd place and my hurricane tracking chart won 1st.
